Product Description
Wang Rostad Black Bean Paste is a Korean fermented and roasted soybean paste with a dark color, distinct saltiness and rich umami flavor. It is primarily used as a base for jajangmyeon, Korean black bean sauce noodles, but also works well for stir-fries, rice dishes and stews.
Usage
Sauté the paste briefly in oil with onion and other vegetables. Add meat or tofu along with water or broth and let the sauce simmer. Serve with noodles or rice.
