Product Description: Yamamori Tonkatsu Sauce is a rich Japanese sauce with sweet-sour and spicy flavor. The combination of tomato, mango, soy, and aromatic spices pairs especially well with tonkatsu – Japanese breaded and fried pork cutlet.
Usage: Served as a dipping sauce or drizzled over tonkatsu and other breaded or fried dishes. Also pairs well with chicken, croquettes, french fries, and other Japanese dishes.

Ingredients: Broth (onion, garlic, bay leaves, coriander, cinnamon, water), granulated sugar, distilled vinegar, water, tomato puree, salt, mango puree, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), modified tapioca starch, flavor enhancer (E621), color (E150c), hydrolyzed soy protein, spices (thyme, sage, nutmeg, ginger, black pepper, red chili), thickener (E415).
