Yulong Mountain Sweet Potato Glass Noodles are thin glass noodles made from sweet potato starch. Once cooked, they turn soft, elastic and springy, and absorb flavors extremely well. They are perfect for hot pot, soups, stir-fries, stews and cold noodle dishes.
Usage
Soak the noodles in cold water for approximately 5 hours until they soften. Then boil them for 5–10 minutes. They work perfectly in hot pot, soups, stir-fries, stews, and cold salads.
