Yulong Mountain Sweet Potato Noodles for Hot Pot are made from sweet potato starch and have a chewy, springy texture that holds its shape well even with longer cooking times. They absorb the flavors of the broth and are particularly well-suited for hot pot, but also work excellently in soups, wok dishes, and casseroles.
Directions for Use
Soak the noodles in cold water for about 5 hours until they soften. Then boil for 5–10 minutes. Particularly well-suited for hot pot, but also ideal for soups, wok dishes, casseroles, and cold noodle dishes.
