S&B Green Chili Paste with Yuzu, also known as Yuzu Kosho, is a classic Japanese spicy paste that combines the bright citrus aroma of yuzu with green chili and sea salt. It delivers an intense flavor with both heat and tangy citrus freshness and is widely used in Japanese cuisine. Perfect as a seasoning for grilled meat, fish, seafood, sushi, sashimi, ramen, udon, soba, and yakitori.
Usage
Use a small amount as a spice or dipping accompaniment for grilled meat, chicken, fish, and seafood. It also works wonderfully in noodle soups, ramen, dressings, marinades, mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, or as a seasoning in various Japanese dishes.
Ingredients:
Citrus fruit peel (yuzu) (25%), green chili peppers (22%), salt, water, humectant (E420), modified starch, rice-based alcoholic beverage (water, rice, rice koji, ethyl alcohol), acid (E330), thickener (E415), color (E133).
