A-Kuan Broad Noodles are wide, springy noodles with rich sesame paste and spiced chicken flavor. Its aromatic sauce combines chili, garlic, soy sauce and sesame, with a crispy topping of sesame seeds and dried seaweed. A flavorful, easy-to-make noodle dish for anyone who appreciates authentic Chinese flavors.
Preparation
- Add the noodles to the bowl.
- Pour approximately 500 ml of boiling water (90–100°C) over them.
- Cover and let sit for 6 minutes.
- Drain the water.
- Add all of the seasoning and sauce packets and mix well before serving.
