Delief Korean Chicken Frying Mix is a seasoned breading mix that delivers an extra crispy crust and authentic Korean flavor. The blend contains wheat flour, cornstarch, and a carefully curated spice mix featuring garlic, onion, curry, and paprika. Ideal for classic Korean fried chicken (KFC), it also works perfectly with fish, shrimp, and vegetables.
Usage
Mix 200 g of frying mix with approximately 340 ml of cold water to form a smooth batter. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and fry in oil at around 170 °C for 10–11 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. For an extra crispy result, we recommend using ice-cold water in the batter.
