Product description
Haidilao clear hotpot broth is a mild and aromatic soup base with ginger and a blend of mushrooms. The broth delivers rich umami flavor without the strong chili taste found in many other hotpot bases.
Pairs perfectly with hotpot with meat, tofu, mushrooms, noodles, and vegetables. Can also be used as a base for soups and stews.
Usage
Pour the contents into a saucepan and dilute with water to your desired taste. Bring to a boil and add meat, seafood, tofu, vegetables, mushrooms, or noodles.
