Teway Hot Pot Soup Base for Beef & Lamb is an authentic Chinese hot pot broth with rich beef tallow, chili, and traditional Sichuan spices. It was specially developed to pair with thinly sliced beef and lamb, but also works perfectly for vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, and noodles. An easy solution for making a flavorful Chinese hot pot at home.
Usage
Dissolve the contents in water according to your desired flavor strength and bring to a boil. Then add the meat, vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, and noodles and let the ingredients cook in the spiced broth.
