Snail soup base: Water, snail broth, salt, vegetable oil, yeast extract, white pepper, soybean paste, sugar, onion, garlic, ginger, spices, flavour enhancer, flavours, potassium sorbate (preservative).
Radishes: Pickled radish (radish, water, salt, sugar, spices), preservative.
Bamboo shoots: Bamboo shoots, water, salt, vegetable oil, white pepper.
Sour beans: Long beans, water, salt, preservative, vegetable oil.
Chili oil: Vegetable oil, chili.
Fried tofu and peanuts: Tofu (SOYBEANS), water, peanuts, vegetable oil (SOYBEAN OIL), antioxidant (TBHQ).
Dried vegetables: Wood ear mushroom, bean sprouts, sauerkraut.
Vinegar mix: Vinegar, chili, garlic, salt.
