Hikari Miso Aged Red Miso Paste is a Japanese red miso paste with a deep, rich, and umami-rich flavor. Its aged character gives a more intense flavor profile than light miso and works particularly well in hearty soups, ramen, stews, marinades, and sauces.
Usage
Use for miso soup, ramen, stews, marinades, dressings, dipping sauces, and wok dishes. Dissolve the miso paste in hot broth or mix directly into sauces and marinades.
