NBH Dried Bamboo Mushroom, also called bamboo fungus, is a highly regarded edible mushroom with a light, porous texture and mild flavor. It absorbs broth and spices very well, and is frequently used in Chinese soups, hot pot, stews, and festive dishes.
Usage
Soak the mushrooms in lukewarm water until they soften. Rinse thoroughly and remove the tough lower section before cooking. Ideal for soups, hotpot, stews, stir-fries, and vegetarian dishes.
