Product Description
NBH Dried Tofu Sticks are made from 92% soybeans and have a firm, dry texture that absorbs broths, spices and sauces very well. After soaking they become soft and are perfect for hot pots, soups, stews, woks and other Asian dishes. The high protein content makes them an excellent vegetarian and vegan protein alternative.
Usage
Soak the tofu sticks in warm water until they soften. Then boil for 1–2 minutes and use in hot pots, soups, woks, stews or stir-fried dishes along with any spices and sauces of your choice.
