Nonghyup Jajang Wheat Noodles are traditional Korean wheat noodles particularly well-suited for Jajangmyeon (black bean sauce noodles). The noodles have a firm, elastic texture that holds its shape well and pairs perfectly with black bean sauce, while also working great in soups, wok dishes and other Asian noodle dishes.
