Rosneung No.1 Chicken Bouillon Powder is a classic Thai spice powder that delivers a rich, full-bodied chicken flavor to soups, noodles, wok dishes and other Asian recipes. The powder dissolves quickly and is widely used in Thai cooking to add deeper flavor to both broths and stir-fried dishes.
Directions for Use
- For soup: Mix approximately 2.5 tablespoons into 1 liter of boiling water.
- For wok and stir-fried dishes: Add approximately 1 teaspoon per 500 g of meat or vegetables.
- Can also be used as an all-purpose seasoning in marinades, pots and sauces.
