Samyang Hot Chicken Ramen (Buldak) is the classic Korean fire noodle that has become famous worldwide for its intense heat and rich flavor. Its thick, springy noodles pair with a bold chicken sauce and toasted sesame to create the perfect balance of spiciness and umami.

Usage

Cook the noodles in approximately 600 ml of water for 5 minutes. Drain the water, leaving around 8 tablespoons of water remaining. Add the spicy sauce and mix thoroughly for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle the sesame and seaweed flakes over the dish before serving.
