Product Description
Sempio Korean BBQ Bulgogi Marinade is a classic Korean grill sauce made with soy, garlic, ginger, and pear. It has a balanced sweet and rich umami flavor and is specially formulated for bulgogi, but also works well with beef, pork, chicken, tofu, and vegetables.
Usage
Marinate thinly sliced meat for at least 30 minutes before cooking or grilling. For a more intense flavor, the meat can be marinated for several hours in the refrigerator. The sauce can also be used as a wok sauce or glaze.
