Sempio Korean BBQ Kalbi Marinade is a classic Korean marinade for Kalbi (grilled short ribs). This sauce combines soy, garlic, ginger, and sesame with a balanced sweetness, giving the meat a rich umami flavor and a beautifully caramelized surface when grilling or pan-frying. It is also excellent for beef, pork, chicken, and vegetables.
Usage
Marinate meat for 30 minutes up to several hours before grilling or pan-frying. You can also use it as a wok sauce or brush it onto meat during cooking for extra flavor.
