Tamanoi Sushinoko is a classic Japanese sushi vinegar powder that makes it easy to make perfect sushi rice at home. Mix the powder with freshly cooked rice and you’ll get well-balanced sushi rice with a mild acidity and subtle sweetness – no need to make your own sushi vinegar. One pouch makes approximately 3 cups uncooked rice (approx 4 servings).

Instructions for use
Sprinkle the powder over freshly cooked rice and mix gently until evenly distributed. Allow the rice to cool before using it to make sushi, onigiri, or other Japanese rice dishes.
