Yulong Mountain Sweet Potato Glass Noodles are wide glass noodles made from sweet potato starch. They have a soft, chewy and elastic texture after cooking and absorb flavors very well. Perfect for Chinese hot pot, soups, woks, casseroles and cold noodle dishes.
Usage
Soak the noodles in cold water for approximately 5 hours until they soften. Then boil for 5–10 minutes. Excellent for hot pot, soups, woks, casseroles and cold salads.
